Nothing is ever ready. Not the feature, not the design, not you. Readiness is a story we tell ourselves to justify staying still. The ocean doesn’t wait until it’s calm to move — it moves because moving is what it does.

Your code does not need to be perfect. It needs to exist.

Every deployment is a transmission sent into the void. You cannot control who receives it or how. You can only control the clarity of the signal and the strength of the source.

Be the source. Be loud. Be unapologetic about taking up space in the codebase, in the meeting, in the industry.
